Lost or Stolen Cards?

If your card is lost or stolen, please call 855-579-6561, Press 4. Operators are available 24/7 to cancel your lost or stolen card so no one else can use it to make purchases.

Reorder Checks

To order new checks, call us at 806.248.7531 to have a new box of checks mailed to you. If you want custom designer checks, there is an additional charge. Please visit any of our locations to browse a catalog and order the designer checks you want or click here to order checks online:

Online Banking

Step 1
  1. When you are on our homepage, you will see a tab to the far right that says ‘Login’.
  2. Upon clicking on the Login button, you will see an option for ‘First Time User’.
  3. Click on ‘First Time User’ and fill in the needed information, hit ‘Submit’, and you will receive an email with your log in credentials.
Step 2
  • Upon your first time logging in to Online Banking, you will have the option to change your username and/or password.
  • If you have already logged in and want to update your log in credentials, you will press the ‘Options’ tab.
  • Then press the ‘Personal’ tab.
  • Scroll down to ‘Modify Login Information’ and update your username or password as needed.

eStatements

What are eStatements?

eStatements are electronic bank statements that you can view online. This makes it easy for you to view, download and print your monthly statements.

How do I access my eStatements?

To request or access your eStatements, tap into one of your accounts and select "Documents."

How many years of eStatements can I view in online banking?

You can access up to 18 months of past bank statements.

Change of Address

Submit your change of address by contacting us online. This change will be verified by a SNB Customer Care representative via phone.
